This is not a lecture or a slideshow—it’s an intimate, 6-person (maximum) workshop where you’ll directly apply powerful tools from Seeking Sanity to your own life. Over six sessions, you’ll uncover why peace and happiness have been so elusive, learn to calm your mind instantly, master your emotions, and break free from old habits. With real-time guidance and personal attention, you’ll explore hidden capacities of your mind and begin living from a deeper wisdom. These workshops are about new experiences, not endless theory—so you can start transforming yourself and your experience of life immediately.

Session Details

Session #1: Peace, Happiness, and Wellbeing

In our first session, we’ll lay down a foundation by exploring…

…what Peace, Happiness, and Wellbeing really are, and how they’re actually achieved.

…why nothing you’ve tried thus far has truly worked to establish stability of these states.

…how your mind works, because you can’t optimize a system if you have no idea how it even operates.

Session #2: Learning How to Be

It’s time to learn how to be a human!  In this second session, we’ll…

…learn about how reality is constructed in your mind so that you can learn to stop being a victim of life.

Session #3: Habit Change and Diligence

Session #5: Know Thy (small) Self

Session #6: The Power of Intentions, Reflections, and State Checks

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where are the workshops held?
A: We will use Zoom.

Q: Do I have to be somewhere special to participate?
A: While you may want a quiet space so that you and the other participants aren’t distracted, there are no special requirements.  Feel free to join a session during your lunch break or from the privacy of your car.

Q: Will the sessions be recorded in case I can’t make the live session?
A: Yes, you will have access to the recordings for one year from the date of the session.

Q: What are the overall benefits I can expect to achieve by the end of the workshop?
A: (a) Understand deeply why you haven’t been able to achieve the stable peace, happiness, and wellbeing you seek and what you can do to cultivate them daily and have confidence that your efforts will bear fruit. (b) How to master your emotions so they stop controlling you and causing you to suffer unnecessarily. (c) How to unpack your psychology to uncover and alter the patterns that keep you stuck in stress, anxiety, depression, and/or addictive patterns. (d) Why changing our habits is so challenging for humans, and what you can do to guarantee success. 

Q: I’m not sure if this workshop is right for me, how can I determine that?

Q: Is this group therapy?
A: While we will work through many workshop elements together to learn from each other, we will not be doing therapy.  If you want to contribute, wonderful, but if not, that’s OK too.  If something arises that could benefit from therapeutic treatment, you and I will discuss it privately and I will help you find appropriate care in your locality.

Q: Will I receive handouts or other supporting materials?
A: Yes, all materials will be provided.
